BBQ baking is the perfect way to end a summer meal by not having to turn on your indoor oven! After dinner is cooked, leave you BBQ on and instead of doing one pan of brownies, place them into 8-12 well greased muffin tins and follow the directions on the Field Guide to BBQ Baking located on our home page.
